We proudly boast signature dishes and a host of Italian and American specialties, rotating new dishes and old favorites on a weekly basis. We are committed to using the finest and freshest ingredients in our recipes. Our menu is created using as much locally grown produce and ingredients as possible. Ethan is a graduate of Keystone College with two degrees, one in culinary arts and one in business management. He has several years of experience as a chef in the food industry ranging from food trucks, to takeout restaurants, and fine dining. Ethan specializes in creating new specials and handling the daily cooking of the dinner items at Abbiocco. Ethan has been head chef at Abbiocco since June 13, 2016 and Co-Owner snice January 2018.

Cooking, in my family is a way of life. Cooking, to me, is a passion! Both of my grandfathers owned restaurants, so I think it was my destiny. Growing up in an Italian family meant there was always something simmering on the stove. Between my mother, grandmother, and Uncle Anthony Brutico I have a storehouse of recipes. Their influence on me was paramount and the recipes for my sauces and meatballs are well over 100 years old. However, I didn't start out cooking. After graduating from Penn State University with a degree in education, I owned a successful woman's boutique for several years. I loved working in fashion and meeting new people, but my desire was always cooking. When the opportunity arouse for me to continue my family's tradition of owning a restaurant, I eagerly took it. Come to "Abbiocco" and experience that wonderful feeling of contentment and drowsiness you get after eating a fine meal!
